Booking conditions

Article 1 : Booking

The price is calculated by night, by room and includes the breakfast. Client making a reservation via Internet, telephone or fax automatically accepts present General Sales Conditions and the reservation cannot be challenged except for the Article 2.

Article 2 : Cancellation

All following charges are to be paid to Argamak Hotel. Every booking made by client and confirmed by the Booking service of Argamak Hotel by Internet, phone or fax, means the client's file started and is under processing. Every cancellation should be confirmed to Argamak Hotel in written form, by email.
Cancellation or modification from 1 up to 30 nights before the arrival :
- the total cost of the reservation is due to Argamak Hotel.

Article 3 : Non presentation

In case the client doesn't come the day his arrival was planned, the total cost of the reservation is due to Argamak Hotel.
